McMillan Custom Marathon Plan: Week 10 Day 5

Week 10, Day 5
Phase: Marathon
Workout: 40 to 60 minute Easy Run
Purpose: Build Endurance
Lunchtime treadmill run today and another easy effort – 6.7 miles in 51 minutes. Feeling pretty good today and looking forward to tomorrow’s Hampton Bay Days 10k (if the event takes place – Tropical Storm Hanna may yet spoil the party!)

Update: Race cancelled as predicted, along with the rest of the Hampton Bay Days Festival. Shame….
