Just got back from vacation, so here’s a quick catch up of the previous few days:

Friday - traveling/rest
Saturday - 1 mile warm up, Breeze Fusion 2 Mile Race, 30 minutes treadmill
Sunday - another 30 minute treadmill run to escape the rain
Monday - 4.3 mile road run
Tuesday - traveling/rest

So, nice start to my Richmond Marathon taper; I wasn’t totally lazy and managed to keep things ticking over nicely. Above all my legs feel good and I’m highly motivated to perform in 10 days time.

Easy run tomorrow and a trip to the track is planned for Thursday evening. Should be an interesting couple of days….
