Building My 10k Strength & Getting Strendurized

Ran my fastest ever 10k Strength Builder treadmill workout tonight, but I really had to work hard in the final six minutes to maintain the required speed and 10% incline. I must admit I was a little light headed as I stepped off the treadmill, but soon recovered and decided to do my third Strendurance workout in a week.

The combined strength/endurance workout isn’t getting easier, but at least it’s only 24 minutes long and the time passes very quickly. Tomorrow I’ll have an easier night and hopefully recover enough for my 5k time trial on Friday morning, which will double as my virtual World Media Run.
