Tuesday Treadmill Workout
Just another treadmill workout tonight - my weekly 10k Strength Builder from the Runervals series of DVDs. The workout usually lasts 52 minutes, but I added on an extra mile at the end to make it up to an hour. Felt pretty good tonight, not fantastic, but nothing to worry about either.
