Nothing special about this morning’s run - just an easy four miles before work to stretch out the legs and add a few miles to my weekly total, which now stands at a huge 22.5! :) Tomorrow’s 30k race and included warm up will no doubt double the figure and put me into the 40’s….

Not sure what to expect for the race. The 30k consists of 3 x 10k loops, so I guess I’ll see how the first loop goes and adjust from that point on. Last year I ran a crazy 1:56:48 which I think was a PR by over 3 minutes. If I could somehow get close to the magic 2 hour mark tomorrow, I’ll be ecstatic. Time will tell, watch out for the race report tomorrow.
