Quick prediction for this morning’s Cox Falcon 5k:
1. Don’t get injured - the Shamrock Marathon is only 15 days away!
2. Break 18:00 minutes - I only managed to dip into the 17 minute range twice in 2007, so it would be great to do it again in ‘08, especially as today is St. David’s Day - a national day of celebration within Wales!
We’ll see. Will post a race update later today….
