Not too much time to write a detailed report, but today’s run was a perfect pre-vacation (or really I should say pre-holiday) workout. Temperatures in the morning at this time of year are so much better than late afternoon when I typically run.
My goal was to head out, run the first mile fairly easy and then pick it up each mile for 4 miles. If you look at the stats for the run (click on the image above), you’ll see I did just that.
Nice to stretch my legs before all the upcoming airport/travel stuff over the next day or two.
I also completed Week 4 of my push up plan with no problems at all. Hopefully I’ll get to move on with Weeks 5 and 6 while I’m away. We’ll see.
Signing off now. My next run should be the 10k road race in Llanelli on Sunday if I’m not too jet-lagged.
