Two-In-A-Row 10k Strength Builder
Here we go again. After not running on the treadmill for at least a couple of weeks, I decided on another 10k Strength Builder workout this afternoon. I didn’t run at full 10k speed for fear of injuring myself, but performed the 5 x 6 minute intervals at quite a good pace and ended up with another positive workout.
Despite knowing this Runervals DVD like the back of my hand, I never quite bored of the workout and always manage to raise my game and probably push myself harder than I’d push myself outdoors. Even though the weather is starting to improve, I plan on performing this and a couple of other Runervals workouts at least once every couple of weeks. The treadmill can be a great training tool and I still plan to use it through the Spring/Summer months.
