Hi Steve

Congrats on investing the $150 because I think you are going to get that sub 2:50. And I wish I was going to be there to see it. I am always so impressed with your dedication and hope that it pays off for you. Like you, I am not getting any younger either (just turned 40) and know that I have a limited time to go sub 2:50. But I've got a lot farther to go than you do. I am aiming for 2:55 at the Air Force marathon in September and will take it from there. The one thing that may help me is I've only been running seriously since fall '04.

Best of luck and I will want to know how it goes with Greg's program.

I know you'd probably rather run outside, but it sounds like a decent workout. I hope the smoke clears soon - and best wishes for a good marathon training season.
