Strendurance On Hold For At Least A Week

StrenduranceMade the [wise] decision to put Strendurance workouts on hold for at least a week until the Shamrock Marathon has been completed and my legs have recovered somewhat. At this stage in the game there’s really no point in bouncing around the room performing jumping jacks, flicks and mountain climbers - I need to save my legs for Sunday and not break down any more muscle.

I’ll continue with a modified push up program and basic core work, but no more plyometric exercises at the moment. I want to line up on the start line feeling as good as possible and despite feeling a little guilty for putting it on hold, hopefully my decision will pay off on the day.
