The Quest for Strength Week 3

Tonight I’m pleased to say I completed Week 3 of my push up plan. I must admit it was pretty tough and I’m glad I have 2 days off before I need to start the 4th week.

The 5 Series tonight were 25, 19, 19, 17 and at least 22 to finish with 2 minutes between each series. The 25 and 19 were fine, but then it took a ton of effort to get through the remainder. I just about managed 22 at the end, but had to really slow things down to get there.

Actually, I just realized that tonight I did 102 push ups, which is the highest number in the 3 weeks since I started the plan. I must be doing something right I suppose…
