Great results, easy to follow, and a nice variety of exercsies. I&#039;m doing this plan on the same days as my push ups at the moment and it&#039;s working well.

		<description>Did Week 3 Day 2 Column 2 successfully! I think my form was a bit weak, but I&#039;m happy. I&#039;ll be repeating week 3 focusing on form.

I bet Steve has a really strong core, since he&#039;s a runner and all. For my part, my lower back, shoulders, and wrists are all catching up to my chest and triceps. I&#039;ve started doing crunches on non-pushup days using the same schedule as the pushups. I expect this will help my lower back catch up as my abs begin to take some of the work.</description>
