		<description>did my exhaustion test this morning after week two, and made it to my new high - 20!  that may not sound like much, but i struggled to get to 10 in my initial test.  Week three looks like a killer though!</description>

		<description>Exhaustion Test Done: 26. Got to 25 with a weird look on my face then went for 1 more. Might have done more with a small pause at the top but thought I might get accused of not doing to technically right. 26 is good. Especially after a 10km run and 550m swim today.

And I LOVE that badge, I WANT that badge ... mwahahahaha!</description>
