Thanks for the blog roll love. I think I&#039;ve got you on mine. Certainly bookmarked. I&#039;ll check.

Just did Week 2, Day 3 and was left wanting: 15, 15, 12, 12, 17. Better than the minimum I know but I was on target for 20 and then the arms gave way on 18!

Still, I have just done 71 push ups! Not bad and probably impossible just a couple of weeks ago.

So Steve, I&#039;m giving the program the BIG thumbs up. Thanks for taking the time to share the idea!</description>
