Sunny Six Mile Mid-Tempo Run

Perfect day for an afternoon run, so off I went and ran a nice 6 and a half mile mid-tempo jaunt in the sun. Temperature was a very nice 71°F but the wind was an annoying 21-25mph out of the south west. Average pace was just under 7 minute miles.
That’s it for tonight. Hope you don’t mind the Eric-style brevity of my latest posts….
