The final day of Week 3 is already here - where does time go eh? Not a very challenging day today, but an important recovery run none the less.

Week 3, Day 7
Phase: Base
Workout: 40 to 60 Easy Run
Purpose: Build Endurance
Garmin 305 was still not working this morning (more on that in a future post perhaps), so I just went out and ran one of my six mile out and back courses at a nice comfortable pace. Not sure what the temperature is, but it’s unbelievably humid today. Luckily I was well hydrated and didn’t have any issues with thirst, lack of sweating and so on. Pace was around 7:30 for the six miles, which gives me a nice 55 for the week and 150 for the month of July.

Will start Week 5 of the Hundred Push Ups plan later on today when I have a little more energy. Somehow I think I’ll need it….
