McMillan Custom Marathon Plan: Week 2 Day 6

Week 2, Day 6
Phase: Base
Workout: 40 to 60 Easy Run
Purpose: Build Endurance
Just have time for a quick post, but wanted to record this morning’s easy run: just over six miles @ 7:40 per mile pace and therefore just inside the “easy zone” as determined by the McMillan Running Calculator.

My Garmin GPS track is still uploading to MotionBased, so no map and metrics for you today. Aren’t you glad? I’m sure no-one clicks on them anyway!
