Workout: 40 to 50 minute Easy Run
Purpose: Build Endurance
For the record:
Time: 42:00 minutes
Distance: 5.7 miles
Pace: 7:23 minutes per mile
Try to do push ups later this evening, otherwise I’ll do them some time on the weekend. Need to keep the upper body strength work ticking over….
