Phase: Marathon
Workout: OFF OR 20 to 30 minute Easy Run
Purpose: Build Endurance
With a little soreness in both my left quad and left ankle, I figured the best thing would be to keep the streak going and run easy. Sitting around probably wouldn’t do me much good, so best to keep things ticking over.
The run was actually very pleasant and I felt fine throughout. It was also nice to start the month off gently as I’m sure it’s going to get pretty tough very soon!

Distance: 3.26 miles
Time: 25:18
Pace: 7:46 per mile
