Week 1, Day 4
Phase: Base
Workout: 30 to 40 minute Easy Run
Purpose: Build Endurance

Nice easy run tonight. No pressure, push ups conquered and out of the way for a couple of days. Felt a bit sluggish but it was probably the heat. Looking forward to the 5k in the morning. I wonder if I can break 18 minutes?
