9 Mile Run In The Sun

Nice run in the Sunday afternoon sun. For the first 5 or 6 miles I purposely kept things easy and made sure I kept my heart rate under 150 beats per minute. On the last 3 miles home I pushed things a little allowing my heart rate to climb and my speed increase. Starting to feel stronger and I think my endurance is slowly coming back. The temperature, although around 82°F, wasn’t a factor today. I was well hydrated and was able to maintain a good pace for the entire run. Nice way to the end the week….
