It&#039;s really wonderful to see the arc of your marathon-training progress, especially from the perspective of a soon-to-be newbie marathoner! ;-) Your efforts truly inspire me. Reading your blog is like getting a daily shot of hope &amp; encouragement!  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I look forward to hearing the latest news of your marathon training, as the race is just around the corner.  You must be so excited!  &lt;br/&gt;-C&lt;br/&gt;P.S.  Just curious to know how many days of rest are typically recommended before running a marathon?  Will you be taking a similar time-out period to rest, a few days before race day?  Anything special you are planning to do, either in preparation before race day or afterwards?  Are you going to go out afterwards &amp; celebrate?  I hope so!</description>
