No GPSNo WatchNo iPod

No watch, no GPS, no iPod - just a nice easy lunchtime run in the mid-day sunshine. Even the wind seemed to die down for a rare breeze-free 40 minutes!

After Sunday’s tough marathon and a challenging, but enjoyable, interval run last night, it was great to just open the front door and go for a run.

That’s it, post over. No stats to share, no splits to list, no GPS to analyze. I just ran for “about” 40 minutes, I covered “about” five miles and it felt good!

lol, that’s what I call my freestyle runs

Yeah, it made a nice pleasant change…

Kind of fun every once in a while. I did this a couple months ago. I still felt compelled to put some kind of number to it though. lol. What can I say? I’m a slave to the numbers.
