Hundred Push Ups Week 5 Day 3

No running today, but I did make time to finish off Week 5 of the Hundred Push Ups plan. To be honest I thought it was going to be tougher than it actually was. I guess I’m at a good fitness level right now?

Required:18 18 20 20 17 17 20 at least 45

Actual:18 18 20 20 17 17 20 45

The pairs of 18, 20 and 17 were very comfortable. I changed hand positions for the 20 (moved to a slightly wider stance to work different muscles) and finished off with 45 very slow and deliberate push ups which felt really good. Think I’ll do the final exhaustion test tomorrow before moving on to Week 6 on Tuesday evening.
