Ever since I launched the popular Hundred Pushups web site, people have been sending in requests for a similar program to focus on other muscle groups.
The two hundred situps plan soon followed to take care of the core, with a similar squats program to target the glutes not far behind. For some reason, the next popular request has been for a tricep dips workout.
