I think first you should launch the x hang-ups program, and then combine the push-ups, sit-ups and hang-ups into one program an call it something like "Get fit for the army" since, at least here in my country, this 3 are the primary exercise you have to score high in to get into the army.

And also, i think you should keep exercises without equipment, since not everyone wants to buy expansive equipment, or hasn't room for equipment, or don't want to go to the gym. (Because you need heavy weights when doing squats right? Or?)

But anyway, it's up to you, keep up the good work.

Of course. It will probably be nearer 25 Pull-Ups...

How about 100 squats or squat thrusts too?

Steve, you rock! :) Next is 300 sit-ups, but of course. ;-) Just kidding.

Looks like we are all looking for "what's next?" Good question. Hmmmm, maybe there's your opportunity to develop a new program. :)

In the interim, I'm probably going to do a combination from the following list, "<a href="http://exercise.about.com/od/abs/ss/abexercises.htm" rel="nofollow">Top 10 Most Effective Ab Exercises</a>," minus the ones on the list requiring machines I don't have access to or own. :)

If I find any good advanced-level programs, I'll certainly let you know!

Hi Steve

Just getting caught up with you. I was looking at your last few posts and what you have been up to. I honestly think that I need to add some more speedwork to my training and that is one of the things I am going to do. I look at the paces you are running for 8k and 10k races and think "wow that is really fast!" The other thing that comes to mind is that when you are running at marathon pace it must almost feel easy. Not that it really does, but you can probably run much more relaxed and feeling like you are not pushing at all to stay on pace.

I have added some different leg strength exercises like the prone march and prone drive to my regimen. Do you have any experience with these or are there any other leg strength exercises you do?

I am really impressed with the 200 situps as I don't think I could do even a 100.

Best of luck and take care of that calf.
