Wednesday am: Tremendous morning run in the Newtons. Felt great, even got caught in a refreshing 10 minute shower. A Triathlon Of Sorts

Six Mile Run To The Pool

Recovery Run And Another Swim

Saturday Swim

Nice short post to record my afternoon swim. Same distance as Wednesday evening (500m), but this time I did 5 x 50m followed by a straight 250m (with pull buoy of course).
