Finally, Chapter 5 describes a Meaningful Life and how to achieve it. It poses questions such as “What would you like to have achieved by the end of your life?”, “What would you like to have created?” Thinking about key aspects of your current lifestyle (values, career, relationships, creative, spiritual etc.) will help you plan to make the most meaningful life imaginable.
