7 Weeks To 100 Push-Ups Book Almost Ready To Launch

7 Weeks To 100 Push-Ups

Earlier today I received an email from the editor of my 7 Weeks To 100 Push-Ups book containing a pdf proof of the final cover for my review. It’s hard to believe the book is due to be released in less than a months time and I guess at that point I can call myself an author. Quite amazing really and very exciting.

After several months of hard work, everything seemed to come together fairly quickly and efficiently and the last couple of weeks have been spent proof reading and checking things over. In my opinion, the publisher, Ulysses Press, the editor and the design team have done a fantastic job with the book, and I’m very pleased with how the finished product is looking.

7 Weeks To 100 Push-Ups will retail for $14.95, but Amazon are currently selling the book for a great price of $10.17 – a healthy 32% saving. Of course, I can’t guarantee how long the offer will be available, so make sure you place your order soon before the saving disappears.

  1. Thanks David! Looks like the pre-orders are doing well…(if the Amazon rank is anything to go by).

John: depends how badly you beat me at ERR. An autograph will no problem of course…

  2. Hey Neil, official word from the publisher:

“Book arrived at the warehouse on June 1st. They have begun shipping out to bookstores and some have already gone out and others are in the process of going out. Also, now it depends on the individual bookstores and how long it takes them to unpack the books and put them up on the shelves.”

I’m as keen as you to see it in stores and available online.

    Thanks for ordering…

  3. Thanks for the reply. I did a two-week “cram course” for military folks getting ready for thier fitness test and managed to squeeze out a paltry 32 push ups. I’m hoping your book will increase that.

  4. And a quick follow-up…FYI I just got this message from Amazon on 6/7/09:

We thought you should know that there’s a delay with the item(s) listed below. You’ll need to approve this delay so that we can continue processing this part of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  5. Thanks Neil. Interesting. I do know of several people who were able to order on Friday 5th from Buy.com – now their site is showing “Temporarily Sold Out” however…

Hope the delay isn’t too long. Frustrating when there’s nothing I can do about the situation.

  6. Hi Steve;
Just wanted to let you know that I’m still cranking out the pushups 3x a week as a warmup to my strength training program. Mon, and Wed, I do elevated stability ball pushups now (hands on floor, feet on ball), and last night hit 403 in 4 sets. Friday’s I do the standard “military” style, and am also still doing 400 in 4 sets. I also did both the “200 Situps Challenge” and the 200 Squat’s Challenge” through SparkPeople, and a few of us are currently working on a 20 chinups challenge abesd on your training formula.

Since starting with the Pushups challenge back in September, I’ve dropped another 50 pounds, with a total of over 80 pounds lost (so far), and hope to lose over 100 total. I’ve seen HUGE gains in strength, and just wanted to thank you (yet again) for the tools that helped me so much along the way. I’ll be ordering a copy of the book tonight (didn’t know it was out).

    Thanks again,
    Rick

  7. Hey Rick,

Most impressive! Yours in one of my favorite “stories” and I’m glad you enjoy the program and the push-ups so much.

    Keep up the great work,
