		<description>Aha, the old walk trick worked! Good for you....hope it helps long term too.

I&#039;m not the biggest treadmill fan in the world but I do have several workouts that I love to do on a regular basis. You can really gauge your fitness and improvement on a treadmill as there&#039;s no other factors to contend with - weather, traffic, conditions etc.

I&#039;ll probably do this one on a weekly basis and aim to increase the speed slightly each time I do it.

		<description>Wow sounds like a great workout. Thanks for the advice, I started out with a brisk walk and soon broke into a run. I also have to set goals for the year, I think not setting any probably got me into the rot I just got out of.</description>
