The Recovery Continues

Three more easy days of running (plus an additional bike workout I guess I can include) and my legs are starting to get back to normal – no soreness and even a slight spring in my step. Mileage has been very low this week (15), but enough to take the monthly total to over 200. [...]


Mixed Bag Of Exercise

Back To It

Wasn’t really planning a run today, but 30 minutes in the afternoon sunshine was too pleasant to pass up. Aside from slightly tight calves, the rest of me felt surprisingly good considering how rough I felt towards the end of yesterday’s marathon.
