Running Rest Day
Nice to take a recovery day today after 5 consecutive days of running. However, it wasn’t a total day of rest, as tonight I started Week 3 of my Push Ups Quest For Strength plan and also did 100+ various crunches.
Back to the plan tomorrow and hopefully my legs will thank me for resting them […]
5 Miles Brisk
4 Miles Easy
Nice easy 4 mile run with my daughter, who is also recovering from a foot injury. After yesterday’s tough race it was good to just stretch the legs a little and keep everything comfortable. Heart rate average was just 132 beats per minute (in the 70-80% zone), so nothing was stressed today.
